WELCOME TO Roy Jr. HIGH SCHOOL US HISTORY

Our national history is an essential element to empower our students with the foundation they need to become active members in their communities. In the Roy Jr. US history course, students will not only be passive receivers but active participants in US history by attending local city council meetings, analyzing primary source documents, and engaging in class discussion. The Roy Jr. High School US History is a blog to be used specifically to aid Roy Jr. students with their course material. On this site, students will find resources, updated news stories on both local and national politics, as well as the lecture notes given out each week. Major events and due dates will also be posted on the Homework Calendar section for student's convenience.
